Robert Novak has denied altering a Federal Return of Service form by adding "Pets Forum Group, Inc." to the document prior to filing with the Federal Clerk's office. Despite two (2) Affidavits, including one from a Colbert County, Alabama Deputy Sheriff, that "Pets Forum Group, Inc." was not on the Return of Service form, Novak claims that he did not do this.
Take a look at the Return of Service form that contains the hand-written terms "Pets Forum Group, Inc." (line A) and compare it to Novak's handwriting on other filings with the Federal Court (lines B and C).
Does anyone doubt that Novak added this to the form in an effort to try to prove that he had perfected service?
